“For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point,

All sinners are in the same boat. Those who violate the minor points of God’s law are just as those who have committed such sins as adultery and murder.

We are born sinners. Psalm 58:3 says, “The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray as soon as they are born, speaking lies.” Sin comes naturally to us. We don’t have to make a real effort to sin. And whether our sins are manifested in our thoughts or actions, they are all the same to God. How thankful we should be for God’s grace and mercy! When we are born again, we are set free from sin! As Christians, we have put on the righteousness of Christ and are holy in Him!
