Exercise Your Prayer

“The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
James 5:16
Maybe you are walking with the Lord but you have been lazy
when it comes to prayer. You can’t lose weight or build muscles by sitting in a
chair eating popcorn all of the time. You have to exercise. You have to eat the
right things. It’s the same thing with prayer. You can’t grow in the Lord, in
His power, and in His strength if you are praying! The only way you can build
spiritual muscles is by praying.
