Carnality and Power Don’t Mix

“Because the carnal mind is enmity against God, for it is not
subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.”

A.W. Tozer said, “All things being equal, our prayer life is only as powerful as our lives.” There’s no way you can have a prayer life and a powerful life if you are living a life of sin, a life of carnality. Where do you measure up? I encourage you right now, if you are living a carnal life, a life of sin, then get down on your knees and confess your sins before the Lord. Repent, and turn to Him and find renewal of life. God doesn’t want you to live apart from Him. He wants to talk to you -- and he wants to hear from you.
