Learning to Walk
“I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lusts of
the flesh.” Galatians 5:16
Walking is something we do everyday. We walk to the bedroom,
through the house, to the car, to work. Walking is a step-by-step process that
takes us forward. You see, walking with God implies progress, and spiritual
progress is dependant upon unbroken communion and fellowship with the Lord. If
you are not continually praying with the Lord, how can you be in communion with
Him? If you are not continually in His word, how can you make progress?
Thought for the Day: We need to be walking
in the Spirit on a daily basis. We need to pray, read the word, and have
fellowship with other Christians.
