Do you have friends and family that don’t know the Lord? Do you know anybody that is going through a rough trial right now? The Lord wants us to intercede for people through prayer. Webster’s dictionary defines the word “intercede” as to plead on behalf of another.

As beliers, we need to care enough about people to intercede on their behalf – to take petitions to the Lord regarding their spiritual state or their circumstances. We also need to pray for fellow believers that God would strengthen them spiritually.
