Antonio, a sculptor, chipped away at a stone and could do nothing with it. So he tossed it away. Later Michelangelo took it and carved one of the greatest statues of all times, the statue of David. He saw the potential in the stone.

In the same way, God sees our potential. There may be people who have given up on you or maybe you have given up on yourself. When we come to the end of ourselves, God chisels away at our life to mold us into His image. God doesn’t see us as we are, but who we will become.
