“And the Lord God said, ‘It is not good that man
should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him’”
(Genesis 2:18)

God saw that it was not good for man to be alone.  He made the woman from man, and made her comparable to him.  Together, as a husband and wife, two individuals become one.

However, there is a third party in the marriage union and that’s God.  Jesus Christ needs to be at the center of your marriage.  And, in order for Him to be at the center of your marriage, He needs to be at the center of your life!
