Is the Narrow Road Widening?

“For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;
he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.”
James 1:7-8

There is a serious problem in the church today. Both corporately and individually, sin is not only tolerated but embraced. Have we spoken so much about grace the we have forgotten the necessity of obedience to Christ and holiness?

Joseph Bayly recently said, “The evangelical church is sick- so sick that people are crowding in to join us. We are a big flock, big enough to permit remarriage of divorced people (beyond exceptions of the Word of God), big enough to tolerate almost anything pagans do. We’re no longer narrow; it’s a wide road of popular acceptance for us.”
