Bible College - Tuition Costs
Each person desiring to be a student is required to fill out and submit an application for admission. For those students seeking to attend the Bible College, the admission application must be filled out in its entirety and 3 reference form must be filled out, at least one by a pastor/associate pastor and then forwarded directly to the admissions office. All information included on these applications is vital to the processing of the student’s request for enrollment. The application for admission and the reference forms will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration, registration fee and application fee. There is a checklist enclosed in the application packet, which must be followed very accurately. Please, make sure nothing is returned incomplete within the application for admission packet. This must be received two weeks from the time your registration form was processed and confirmed by letter. Use the date from the letter of confirmation received.

Registration Fee & Application Fee
At the time that the student registers for class(es), they are required to pay a $50.00 registration fee and if a new student, an additional $25.00 application fee. These fees are non-refundable. Students may pay the full tuition at the time of registration or request a scheduled appointment to be approved for a Tuition Contract. This is a monthly payment plan that is available to the student and at anytime before the tuition contract is fulfilled, the tuition can be paid in full.

Online Students
The tuition for online students are $50.00 per course plus $60.00 per credit, along with $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. Those who are new students will be charged an additional $25.00 non-refundable application fee. Registration and tuition fees for online courses include textbooks, password and materials.

Part-time Tuition
The price for tuition is $60.00 per credit unit during the Registration period. The date of registration commencing is on the Schedule.  Online is an additional $50.00 per class for cost of book(s) and password(s).

Refund Policy
Refunds are calculated after subtracting the registration and application fee. Refunds are based upon the number of classes held prior to the students notification. The students must notify the Bible College Secretary, either by phone or in person, as soon as you decide to drop a class. Your refund amount is determined according to the day that you give notice, NOT  according to the last day you attended class.  There are NO refunds after the 4th week. If you drop after the 4th week and you are on a tuition contract, the total tuition amount is still due.
