Asking God for Wisdom

James 1:5

I would like to reflect on what the Apostle James had to say to us in James 1:5. Do we lack wisdom in life? Yes, of course we do! When we have a difficult problem, we usually ask somebody else’s opinion about it. It is wise to receive wisdom from godly people––that is true––but our first resource should be to inquire of God. We need to ask God for His wisdom. He will speak divine wisdom to us right from His throne!

Understand, people are imperfect; they can make mistakes in giving advice. However, God never makes mistakes. He has infinite wisdom. God always gives you the right answer to your problems...
