The martial arts can be a means of increasing ones confidence, concentration, physical fitness and personal defense. As with anything we do as Christians we must evaluate our practices and motives in light of God’s Word; (1 Thessalonians 5:21-22) “Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil.”
We teach men, women and children
– YOUTH CLASSES: ages 6-17 years old are held every Sunday from 2:00pm – 3:00pm.
– ADULT CLASSES: (18+) are held every Monday from 7:00pm – 8:30pm.
Classes must be paid for in full monthly. The entire month will cost $30 per person and anyone in the immediate family will be given $5 off every additional person.
