In our search for meaning in life, we often end up disillusioned, hopeless and with shattered dreams. We find that we are futile in our attempts to fix our dilemmas.

All of the maladies that we suffer can only be remedied by a true transformation of the heart. We can be transformed from the inside out as we behold the Lord from one glorious encounter with Him to another through His Word by the Spirit of the Lord.

In this conference we will explore how we can be fully changed as the apostle Paul stated in 2 Corinthians 3:18,

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same Image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Sharon Faith Ries spent the early years of her life in Colombia and Chile with her missionary parents Edmund and Naomi Farrel. Her husband, Raul Ries, is the pastor & evangelist of Calvary Chapel Golden Springs in Diamond Bar, CA, where Sharon directs the Women's Ministry. Pastor Raul is heard on the radio internationally, Somebody Loves You, which has published Sharon's life story My Husband, My Maker and some of her perilous missionary stories in The Well Trodden Path and The Night Cometh.
Her passion for souls has driven her to be instrumental in building and establishing three bible schools in South America.
She has served on the Calvary Chapel Association Pastors’ Wives’ board since its inception. Raul and Sharon have three sons and daughters-in-law and eight grandchildren.

Janie Alfred, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, is a much loved woman of God who speaks nationally and internationally. She lost her parents and sister, missionaries to Brazil, in a plane crash in the Andes Mountains while they were serving there. Janie is married to Justin, who pastored several churches from 1968-1997, together they served at the Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta where she was the Dean of Women. They have five girls, one of whom lost her life tragically at age 19. Janie will touch your heart with godly wisdom and southern humor.

Michelle Randall grew up in Pasadena and has been walking with the Lord for 24 years. Michelle's husband, John Randall, is the pastor of Calvary Chapel San Juan Capistrano. They have been married for 19 years and have four children (three sons and a daughter). Michelle is a gifted Bible teacher and has led Women's Bible studies for the past 14 years. Her love for the Word of God has inspired her to minister, disciple and guide women to share her passion for Jesus.

Karyn Johnson is a God fearing down to earth speaker. She is the wife of Jeff Johnson the pastor of Calvary Chapel Downey. She is the overseer of the women's ministry and founder of House of Ruth, a ministry whose primary goal is to help young women find Christian homes for their babies. This ministry lovingly serves women who choose to parent, assists birth mothers and find adoptive couples across the U.S. Her love for Israel has led her to do mission work there. Karyn has served as a board member of the Calvary Chapel Association Pastors' Wives' Board since its inception.

Sandy MacIntosh is the wife of Mike MacIntosh, an Evangelist with a vision to win people to Jesus Christ, disciple them in Christ, and send them out for Christ. Sandy surrendered her heart and life to Jesus Christ over 30 years ago in Corona del Mar, CA. Her husband pastored Horizon Christian Fellowship in San Diego, CA which birthed 100 churches and parachurches worldwide. Sandy speaks to women across the U. S. and internationally and serves on the Calvary Chapel Association Pastors’ Wives’ Board. Sandy and Mike live in San Diego and have five children, twenty grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Heather Hathaway, a gifted singer, grew up in church. She has been married to Timothy, also a gifted musician, for nine years. They currently reside in Los Angeles and have two beautiful little girls. She has served in music ministry since junior high and has been involved in evangelistic outreaches as well as various other music ministries including training up youth worship leaders. She leads others in worship as she expresses her adoration for her King with uplifting passion and enthusiasm.
